Some of the proxies used in the example don’t work. Updated the attached Collab notebook to use another screen cap s from whatismyip.com— because the original had changed format, and the URL from the screencaps were not visible. The active proxies still work. Suggest you try to boil the question down and ask on StackOverflow showing the exact issue after changing the final output to head(10) in place of head(5), along with the line change of :

driver.get(‘https://www.whatismyip.com/ip-address-lookup/’)

in place of:

driver.get(‘http://www.ipify.org/’)
